Roofline to Backyard — A Complete Exterior Overhaul Done Right | Chagrin Falls, Ohio

Three to five years of Northeast Ohio exposure had worked its way into every surface of this Chagrin Falls property — from the roofline down to the back patio. With a premium mixed exterior of stone, brick, and HardiBoard, this was not a one-size-fits-all job. Every surface demanded its own approach, its own chemistry, and its own level of precision. Patty’s Pressure Washing began at the top — soft washing the black metal roof to eliminate the algae, mold, and biological streaking that had established itself across the surface. Metal roofing requires a particularly careful approach — the wrong chemistry can corrode the finish and compromise the protective coating that gives metal roofing its longevity. Our soft washing system applies professional-grade, biodegradable solutions at controlled low pressure, safely eliminating biological growth without damaging the metal surface, finish, or fasteners beneath. The full exterior was then soft-washed across all three siding materials — stone, brick, and HardiBoard — each treated with the appropriate solution and pressure to safely eliminate mold, algae, and surface buildup without compromising any underlying material. The front pathway, entry steps, and screened porch were professionally cleaned at every entry point. The back stone patio was soft-washed with a low-pressure application suited for natural stone, and the composite Trex deck was treated with material-specific solutions to lift biological growth safely. The fencing was pressure-washed along its full length, removing weathered stains and organic buildup accumulated over multiple seasons. Seven surfaces. One visit. Roofline to backyard — completely restored. 🔗 Free same-day estimates 📍 Serving Chagrin Falls and all of Northeast Ohio.
