Vinyl Siding Soft Wash Brings Back the Cream in Chagrin Falls, OH

This charming Chagrin Falls, OH bungalow on Miles Road had years of green algae and gray mildew creeping across its vinyl siding, especially on the shaded north side where the trees keep the sun off. From the road it was hard to tell the house was actually a warm cream color underneath. Our crew performed a full-perimeter vinyl soft wash using low pressure and professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. The detergent does the work, breaking down the organic growth at the root while the gentle rinse carries it away without forcing water behind the siding or into the window seals. Downspouts, trim, the foundation line, and the area around the mini-split unit were all cleaned by hand-guided wand, and the hydrangeas and boxwoods along the front porch were pre-wet and rinsed so the landscaping stayed healthy. The before-and-after shots tell the story: the north wall went from streaky green to clean, even cream in a single visit, and the front porch with its flags and hydrangeas looks like it just got a fresh coat of paint. No scrubbing, no pressure damage, no ladders leaning on the siding. Patty's Pressure Washing offers free same-day estimates for vinyl house washing and soft washing throughout Chagrin Falls, Moreland Hills, Bentleyville, and the greater Cleveland area.
